During the great depression, you play the role of a man who came to a circus looking for work.
Your character in the story is unnamed, their name and appearance is up to the individual reader to fill in the blanks.
Going by the description in X's tutorial, I would classify this as a STORYgame.
I did that on purpose, I'm not a massive fan of chance or riddles in my CYOA's
My first CYOA, I've gone for what I feel like is an original concept for a Choose your own adventure.
At the moment you can only be male, this is because this is my first story, and I feel like I would have to make the game twice as large to encompass a female playable character.
I have found this game quite hard to put into a genre. first and foremost It's not a horror.
I find the concept of the scary carnival quite trite and overdone.
However, there are some dodgy characters you might want to avoid.
It's also not a romance story... unless you persue that.
In general, it's just a story about a circus, the genre depends on what choices you make.
Criticism is very welcome, but please don't be rude.
What to expect:
Wonder
Grim Outcomes.
Sentimentality
Optional heterosexual romance.
Optional homosexual romance.
