Hi there I want to write a short horror story game. And I don't wish to limit the reader with my choice of gender or physique of their character is it possible to automatically change all f.e his to her Mr to Mrs etc?

Not automatically, no. You'd have to use on page scripting. There are articles in the Help and Info section.

The scripting system is pretty simple, just the basic IF THEN stuff will cover 90% of what you'd ever think to do.
