Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the site's fault or an external problem, but each time I try to add something to my story and save and exit/preview/etc., it displays the loading symbol for about a minute and then crashes onto an error page. Any solution?

Well, that's not much to go off of.

1. How long have you been experiencing the problem?
2. What browser are you using?
3. Is this an on and off sort of thing or has it been persistent?

1. Ever since I joined the site.

2. Google Chrome.

3. About 80% of the time.

What does the error page say?

Just a white background with a frowning sheet of paper and the following text:

This webpage is not available

and

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The details say that the connection to chooseyourstory.com has been interrupted.

Edit: Ignore me. Seth's probably right. That's certainly a Google error message and not a CYS-specific one.

If you can't find anything that might be interfering, try writing something in the advanced editor to see if you encounter the same error.

According to google, it's not the site, it's your router/isp etc.  Most common response was that you have a firewall or anti-virus blocking the connection.
