I have around maybe 20 total stories both finished and unfinished in my stuff and I was wondering if it would be possible to pin the stories to the top that are either the ones you're most working on at the moment or just the stories that deem are your best works.

Well, you can click on the header "Published" and sort the list by the published date. That will at least get all the unpublished stories at the top.
