I'm making an item in a story game but I don't know how to give the item an image. Please help!

Also, there's a part where you get to choose one item but I can't make it that you can only choose one. I need help on that too.

Yelling is really not necessary.

You have to go to Pictures and upload the image to the site.

As for your second question, I'd just use regular choices that place the item picked into the inventory. There are multiple ways to do what you want however, but you'll need to read some of the articles on scripting.

E: actually you seem to have this figured out already. After they choose a mask, just don't send them back to the page where all the masks are. And the masks already have images, so...
