**This game acts as a teaser for our upcoming full-fledged novel.**

We released the app before the novel because we want to give the readers a taste of the full universe. We took almost 3 years to develop this project. We bet the story will get you hooked!

We would really appreciate if you would try it out! Recommended for those who loves suspense/adventure/mystery/thriller genre.

I can confirm the legitness. Not a virus or spam. I'm gonna play around with it and see how it goes.

Ads aren't super intrusive but lightly annoying being at the bottom of the app the whole time and only a buck to get rid of them (so it's not an annoying money grab if anything). App is free.

I'm a small ways in and the story seems ~5/8 so far, which is pretty good. While the story is good the app itself limits your reading by developing the story over time and the storygame will notify your device when something happens. Those are probably the main initial complaints. Update: Found spelling error, unless some euro trash countries spell 'organization' -> 'organisation.'

Summary: Full game is not free, app operates in annoying ways, wants you to constantly share the app. I don't recommend an install until it survives a year or two.

They do and we can only hope that someday they'll face the ultimate punishment for their crimes.

The game is completely free. We put some ads to recover back the cost of building this game & story. User just need to share the game twice throughout the game. Once we got back the revenue, we will make the game completely free to play without ads.

It’s not free on the AppStore. It’s charging me a dollar for it. 

Yes, it's just $0.99 on App Store and Free on Google Play Store.

What's the reason for that? Are you assuming that since Apple users had enough money to buy their phone, they'd be willing to pay more? Is it some limitation with ads? It's a tiny amount, so it's not much of a bother, I'm just curious why they're not both free or cost 1 $.

Before we release this app, we did a survey on iOS and Android users regarding their perception on ads, in-app purchases and paid app. iOS users are willing buy the app rather than having in-app purchases and ads in the game. While Android users are okay with Ads in the game and we gave them a choice to remove the ads with 1 $. So yeah, that's how we came up with this business plan. 

iOS users like to spend money to show off their iPeen, it's what binds them together as insufferable hipstersloyal Apple customers and so they appreciate the distinction being made.

Although I will say it does look pretty cool
