Well when I get on the forums, the box that peoples profile picture cover the forum, it's always been like this, can someone fix it?
I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you not see anything at all? Could you possibly take a screen shot and post it?
Un-click your 'Compatibility View' Button and that should fix it.
Where is the Compatibility View Button?
With IE, it's the ripped-in-half-page-looking Icon in/on your address bar.
