Mine is new enough to have Internet access, but not anything that works. Also, to text I have to do that whole double-triple tap the key thing to make each letter. What's really annoying is that it has some kind of spellcheck that gets in the way when I type stuff, so it's pretty much a mess. Feh.

 There are lots of websites that allow for texting phones and some of them allow calls.

This one looks promising, but my internet is really shit so I can't check out the site more indepthly.

Just pull it out. That happened to me once and I just grabbed some pliers and took them out. You might want to make sure there isn't any power going through that when you do it. For that, you'd have to find the circuit breaker (I think that's what it's called). When I had that happen to me, I couldn't find the circuit breaker. I just pulled them out without turning the power off and I came out okay. Of course, I wouldn't recommend you do that since you're risking hurting yourself. Like others have said, wear rubber gloves if you have any.

Here's my current game plan: try to wiggle the further one first, it's a bit loose and might fall out. Then I'll grab the other one with my scissors. If I die, I wish to donate all my points to T-Count, and a memorial of some kind to be made on this site for me. Somewhere, this must be written on my memorial: "His death was quite a shocker."
