I think everyone's just tired of Trump in general though, wait until Gropin Joe's properly in office I'm sure there will be new appreciation for the political jokes again.

Unless somehow Trump pulls off his coup, at which point there should be a whole new reason for mocking The Trump regime.

Yes, I suppose Americans must be sick of Trump by now. I guess he's still funny to the Brits because we only get the best highlights and don't have to hear about him 24/7. ^_^

I'm pretty burned out on political memes just because they're everywhere and rarely funny, people making them always care too intensely. I really miss when imgur was jokes and interesting things and not flooded with bitter Orange Man Bad and Covid Serious posts.


....of course the last time I expressed that sentiment it was pointed out to me that I was remembering wrong, and before the Trump election it was all grim tearful careposts about GamerGate and gender.

Its doubly exhausting for me, because the internet has been in hysterical tears for years over REEEEEEE ORANGE MAN BAD and I'd gotten used to that. But recently everyone around me IRL, even those who had seemed normal have really started going overboard blaring the horn of the homosexual Trumptrain, or just having anger issues about the Biden lovers, so I'm getting it from both ends here.

Yeah, but it's probably for the best. Coivd deaths are going up like crazy so hopefully this'll help bring the numbers down to where they're not completely out of control. As for Boris... I like to think there's a couple of friendly birds who like to nest in his hair when the cameras aren't on. ^_^
