I really want to get epilogue 16, but I can’t figure out how to do it. Help please?

This is why people need to read these stories systematically.  
Anyway, have you gotten to where you meet Jack yet?

No. I played one game and got epilogue 14, and then read reviews and saw that 16 was good and that it had a lot of interesting references.

All right.  It will be easier to find every ending if you just go back to the most recent un-taken choice each time, and some of the most entertaining endings in EndMaster stories are not epilogues.  It's worth it to just read literally everything, but if you are hellbent on finding Epilogue 16 next:
Contact Bobby and refuse his proposal
Ditch Jake 
Go to town, but turn back 
Go to Jack
Go to the snowy place
Don't die
