Hey guys, I have a Scottish character in my current storygame and I know just about nothing about Scottish dialect, so if anyone here knows some and could edit a page or two of dialogue, I'd really appreciate it. The character is the innkeeper at the Drunken Basilisk.

I haven't read it yet, but as a Scot here's a few tips.

1. If Scots are talking about cigarettes, they will usually refer to them as fags.

2. We drink.

3. Not all Scots sound the same, some have a stereotypical Scottish accent and others sound English.

I was thinking more of a stereotypical accent. Like the first thing someone usually would think of when referring to a Scottish accent.
