Planet Mopper sequel, it is advisable to read the first volume, but it is not necessary. Guybrush MacPorridge now enjoys the joys of being a God with his own planet. But when the Gods of the Empire forced him to undergo a series of tests to acquire his official Imperial God license. His entire world will once again be engulfed in chaos. -Three possible messiahs recruits. A clue, sometimes you have to know how to re-touch the tapestry of life. Special thanks to Cys discord and especially to Corgi and MHD who drew me incredible art with the Necromancer eating buffalo wings.

Although I haven't read the story-game that apparently precedes this one, I did not find myself having any issue with enjoying what is present here.

There's interesting things in this story, and it's told rather coherently as well.

Those who know me best know that Mara's sense of humor and mine are not wholly in sync with each other. But that's ok. I can review this objectively.

If you like absurdist humor, this has it. A lot of it. And when I say absurdist, I mean quick, smash-cut bits, sudden vomit references, (and spiders), guest stars in the form of parodies of well-known CYS figures being weird in their own inimitable way. If you like the humor and are satisfied with long storygames, you will be very satisfied here, as the choices are real and varied. There is a plot in there.

Did I understand quite what I played? I did not. Does it matter that not all of the jokes land when there are so many of them, and at such high volume?

This game is a thin slice of Mara. It is sometimes bold and often in all-caps.
