This will be a Fantasy story with a heavy focus on sharp characterization. It takes place in a custom designed world known as Anima. However, the genre of this game will not be straightforward fantasy but rather somewhere between historical fiction and fantasy. There are 5 primary protagonists.
The primary historical influence for this work will be the High Middle Ages. There are a variety of literary influences, especially period literature. I hope that I can incorporate some other influences as well, such as Russian literature.
I should say from the start that being a person who enjoys great literature doesn't make one a person who can write great literature. Therefore, feel free to make polite well thought out criticisms. I hope this to be merely my first narrative but hopefully not my last.
This story should be quite long depending upon your survival.
The difficulty of this game will be moderate but it will not be a death simulator. There will be many ways to 'win'. However there are many ways that end the game without 'winning' or dying.
