I got the best ending on my first try ^-^

Hmm, this game was decently written but it was quite short to say the least. This wasn't bad for a quick read though and I really liked that there were little backstories for members of the group, I wouldn't mind if more zombie games had something like that :)

My only issues were that there were slight issues with grammar, but it didn't largely effect the story, and there were maybe one or two instances in which a sentence would suddenly adopt a first person perspective phrase.

Other than those small issues, this storygame was quite fun to experience.

That was really nice. I really enjoyed that you put effort into this, and the backstories were a nice touch. Most of them were well detailed, but it seemed that after Derek, you seemed to slack off, and the backstories got a little, repetitive.

There were a few noticeable grammar and punctuation issues, but overall, it was a nice experience. Good job, and keep writing!

I guess it was a decently enjoyable quick read. I like the fact that there is some backstory for each character, but there isn't really enough other than that to make any character stand out. There is some strange punctuation usage at times, and grammar was a little off sometimes but other than that the story flowed rather well. The biggest complaint I have is about the choices. While some of them lead to certain death, the 'not so good' choices where something bad happens to a character seems to have no dire effect on storyline appart from slightly different text, and on some occations, being unable to get the best ending. I think a reason for that is the shortness of the game? After that one part where majority of your actions takes place the story just ends...rather abruptly too. Really, improve that ending! I'm seriously unsatisfied with it. :(

Overall, I think a fair amount of thought was put into this and I like the branching pathways in this story. The backstories felt unnecessarily dark for the sake of being dark, but they were still nice additions nonetheless. In contrast, the story itself was a bit lighter, and often allowed you to take a "nobody gets left behind" approach without cynically punishing you for it every time.

The writing is definitely missing a layer of polish; it doesn't feel like much editing was done, if any. Mark was even called "Matt" half the time. Spending just an hour or two on that is an easy way to improve the quality by a fair amount.

The consequences for actions are usually sensible, which is part of the reason why this game ended up being pretty fun, but at other times the characters react strangely for no discernible reason. In particular, there is one ending on the grocery route where the group performs well on day 1, but then gets killed in their sleep because they let their guard down. This is weird to me because this never happens on any of the other routes where the group has good fortune.

Overall, while there is still room for improvement, I liked what this story has to offer. :)

You receive an ehh... on the nomnom scale! The story is okay... I mean it's a little short. You also had 1 spelling error you spelled 4th wrong, but the plot was a little too short. I was seriously being generous this time for ratings. Nice try! :|

I tried a lot of paths and all of them very quickly ended in the death of the others in my group, leading to my demise almost immediately.

could have been longer

It was a decent short read. I liked how it has a backstory and how you gave the main character a psychopathic ending. Good read overall could be a bit longer. Seems like it just kind of ends randomly.
