I just got a game commended (yay!) but I only knew about it because Mayana pointed it out. You get notifications for commended posts and features comments and etc. which are much less of a big deal, so this seems like an oversight.

You should get a notification after tonight. If not, then yeah, a bug.

Just remembered this, and nope I never did.
