Player Comments on Jack's Adventure

I gave this story a 2/8, being far more generous than I would have normally. Lets start with the "good". There weren't many spelling errors, though the story was so short in itself I doubt it'd matter. The grammar wasn't atrocious, again, probably because each page was only about a sentence long. That's all the "good" there really is to it.

The story feels like a 1-day effort from the author. No attempts at explaining the setting were made, no attempts at fleshing out who even the hell the protagonist it, and there was a lack of information in general. Why was the protagonist stuck there in the first place? Why are the guards trying to prevent him from leaving? There was an attempt at using mechanics such as inventory, but at the same time, they didn't. All they did was placed pictures onto your screen and kept on going with "assuming" you had picked it up.

Overall, this game was poorly made by the author, had little no plot whatsoever, and is just here to another low-quality storygame sitting in the wasteland of trash.

Boring. The story was too forced. The protagonist, who is presumably being held captive, is given a photon pack- cuz why not? Left/right choices are lame and meaningless. Not a lot of thought or effort put into it.
