Well... It was coherent, which is better than I can say about some of the stories I've read here.

That being said, there is certainly a lot of work that can be done on this story. Who were the kidnappers? Why did they want you, specifically? Where does the "...or not" in the title come into play? Does it simply refer to how quickly the conflict gets resolved?

Is this supposed to be a statement on how easily so many story plots would be resolved immediately if someone just called the police? If so, that needs to be much more clear to the reader, maybe by adding a few more jokes to make it known that it's not fully meant to be taken seriously. And if it's not meant to be satire, you really need to work on fleshing out characters and plot points. What we have here is basically the most basic story that can possibly be told from the concept of "someone got kidnapped".

Anyway, I do hope you keep writing, and good luck with your future projects. Just try to think through the details of your story a lot more.

I really think if you'd taken time to read even one highly rated story here, you wouldn't have published this in the state it's in.

There's really not much good I can say about it, every page is just a couple of lines, usually uncapitalized and badly punctuated. The spelling was bad and there are run on sentences etc.

This is going to be unpublished for not meeting minimum site standards, and I'd really recommend getting a better grasp on the technical aspects of writing before putting up another.
