Not that bad as far as quizzes on the site go, and the single line ending that didn't elaborate on the answers or outcome was a bit underwhelming.

There were a couple pretty obvious questions you missed, such as whether you were near family or others you could trust, whether you had any conditions requiring medication, stockpiled water and food, etc.

In theory I like the idea of this but you could have done a lot more with it, even by simply addressing any good, bad or incorrect choices the player made.
