Fortunately for you, this is not one of them. Very short, but pretty good as a demo. Interesting concept, too!

As far as style and execution, the writing was pretty great. You seem to have a clear idea of what you want and how to create it for the reader. Other than a few awkwardly worded phrases or small errors that could be caught with more proofing, the writing itself was excellent. As far as the story, well, I will definitely be actively watching for the finished product.

An interesting topic I may use something similar but I doubt it all together interesting and I hope you make more like this.

I'm usuially not interested in the fantasy genre, but you pull it off quite well. I'd love to see the finished product.

A very unique idea, and something I'd like to see more of which is obviously the point of the intro. Writing was solid describing battle tactics, but I'd have personally been interested to read a little more about the Empty Realm of the title and some of the main characters experience and feelings going too and from it, indeed while I got the idea your main character was somewhat cold, I'd be very interested to learn a bit more about how he feels about his experiences even in this short prologue section.

I also felt the bad ending was a trifle abrupt and not really consistant with what was written in the text, a little more clue about which option to choose here might've helped, though of course this could equally me not paying attention to clues you left in the text.

all in all though a nice, if very short intro, and I'd like to learn more about the Void Jumper and his world in future games.
