You have been kidnapped and trapped in an unknown place. You find a key in your pocket and use it to open a door. A monster who must have been guarding the door confronts you. With the help of a mysterious man who's mouth had been sewn shot but managed to open his mouth and tell you what to do to, you kill it. He tells you that you are in an insane asylum, and that a doctor, his father, is conducting experiments on the residents. Unspeakable experiments. You then find out that the doctor knows who you are.
