Jack is an 18 year old who lives in Flint Michigan with his mother and younger sister, Casey who is 11. He grew up in a bad neighborhood with a single mother who worked double shifts so that she could support her children. Jack was a shy kid who went to school and had dreams of going to college, but also took care of sister full time while his mother was working.
One night a local gang shoots up the diner where Jack and Casey’s mother was working, she was murdered. After burying his mother Jack decides to seek revenge on the gang that took his mother's life and keep his baby sister safe. It is the night after the funeral... What does Jack do?
