You are awakened by unfamilar language, that's volume of sound tells you it isn't too far away. As you begin blinking you attempt to move your body, only to find you are strapped down by metal bars around your arms and legs. Your initial reaction is terror, but you realize that you need to keep calm in order to get through this. You look to your left and then your right, there is a small metal table to your left and on it is a key. To your right is another small table, with various surgical tools. Only one of the surgical tools is in reach and has a sharp edge. You begin to ponder at what to do, but you realize there isn't much time to choose.
