I just took 30 seconds to go through it again, and saw no improvements.

It has it's moments of cuteness, and I could see this working as a children's story. But so many of the pages are just one line long, and then there are disappointing segments like the 'get attention' one that look to have tons of options...and then most of them just lead to the exact same ending.

The entire thing is less than a thousand words. There's a place for cute dog stories here, but this needed a bit more substance.
