Player Comments on The Road Home: Rebecca's Story

I am slightly confused on the low rating, but its not a bad story. It seems that there were little paths for you to take, and are seemingly life/death choices mostly. Other than that, turn the font size down, the story is actually pretty well written, with few grammatical errors(such as an extra comma here and there). Good effort!

Aside from the obnoxious font and the bizarre amount of blank spaces on one page I came to, this was a somewhat coherent story so long as you chose to go to Vietnam. Oh, and by the way there's a place where the game forces you to kill a child soldier. I didn't feel emotionally involved with that, though, since it wasn't treated any differently than the rest of the story. It could use some work but you do have something going here.

What is there to say about this game that hasn't been said already?

The writing was technically sound and it's nice that the story is a decent length, but most of the options were of the 'die or not die' variety and so its mostly linear. There were good points too but the author has been so busily praising herself I don't feel anyone else needs to bother.

Next time you leave fake comments, at least make sure to use a second account. XD

This was an awesome Choose Your Own Story and I enjoyed it very much. The author made me feel like I really was in Rebecca's shoes the entire time.
