I don't like this story. I guess you did put some effort in it and you obviously know how English works, but there was nothing about it that I can say that I enjoyed, so those are all the compliments I can give you.
Sure, there are some stories where the protagonist wakes up in an unknown room and can't remember anything that are good. But unfortunately, most aren't. Amnesia in fiction is overdone, to the point where, if real life was like that, humans would be even more useless than they are now because half of them couldn't remember anything. I find it sort of lazy; just because the readers don't know anything about the protagonist, that doesn't mean the protagonist shouldn't.
Examining things didn't matter. I could go straight to the kitchen and grab the first aid kit, and the game wouldn't care that I haven't looked at the jacket or the oven at all. There was no puzzle, so hiding the word oven on some items seemed pointless.
Choices later in the story, while they did matter a bit more since they led to different outcomes, weren't any better. A lot of them were random, like the choices in the dream or going left or right. You might find randomness amusing, but most members here don't. A CYOA is much more interesting if you actually have to think about what to choose, instead of just clicking something and hoping you're lucky.
The story was short and undetailed, so I never got to care about the protagonist enough to feel anything about the ending. It, like everything else in this story, just seemed random and disappointing.
In short, this story was meh. Check out the featured stories on here and learn from them. This might be a bit harsh, but don't give up, I'm sure you can do better!

It was fun, but it feels incomplete. Definitely some things could be further developed. I would like the option to find out whether the journal was really you!

The end was definitely anticlimactic (Even with the twist - I did not care for that character enough). It is like you lost your interest in writing this story during the last few miles.
Most of the choices felt unimportant too.

This was an interesting game! I liked watching the history of the player unfold with every new page. Amnesia sure is tricky. I also liked the variety in outcomes, though I wish there was more detail in the endings. But it's a solid game, especially for those who are possibly new to storygames.

Really twisty plot. Very good premise for a CYOA. Decisions really made a difference. Most of the decisions were merely chance, i.e.-left or right, etc. But the outcomes were unexpected. I did enjoy this game. [spoiler] Turning the victim into the insane criminal was most unexpected. Good job, I look forward to another from you.
