Spoilers:
Good stuff! I generally enjoy youtube-format cyoas, and you managed to make something close in quality to the budgeted ones with less resources (presumably). The way you emulated the found-footage camera work style was sweet, from the fadeaways into the ducts and bumps in the darkness, to the shaky cam as the filmer was being chased. The whole time I couldn't help but feel an ache in my body and think about all the effort to put these videos together.
My only issue, is that while the videos are suspenseful and engaging, once they're over I'm reminded that I'm just watching things happen to another character. Then I'm pursued in the library by stoic agents for the USB, but honestly by how they're written they could've easily wanted me for my .50c late book fee instead.
Okay, maybe that's a little harsh, it wasn't bad, but it could've used some improvement. Specifically, I think it could have benefitted from being written in present tense, instead of past tense. This would've paired better with the videos and would've given the reader a sense of immediacy and urgency.
Still a great accomplishment, 6/8.

Guess we deleted the CYOA Movie tag too soon!
This is honestly really impressively well done, I hope you get a good grade. I think technically it should be under Fanfic, but SCP isn't exactly an owned property and the figuring out the passcode puzzle is so central to this, so I'll leave it here.
If I had a suggestion, it would be that you set up the equivalent of a 'go back' button after reaching the Upstairs/Downstairs choices in the video, or even just included links in the description. Unless I'm missing something the only way I found to see all the endings was to hop back to the original video and skip to the end every time.
Anyway, the framing story itself was a pretty simple one (wouldn't it have been cool to write in a segment for checking out the building yourself or something?) but all the video content was so well done and had to involved so much set up I pretty much have to give this a high rating, good job.
But I do wonder if finding the last part of the code might be a little difficult for some. Not that there's THAT much plot locked behind the password of course.
I remember early early on for the site, the founder Alex had a few video based CYOAs, but they don't work anymore and unfortunately that kind of thing needs such a specific skillset it never caught on. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing a few more like this pop up though.

Well, this is certainly one of the most experimental things I have read in quite a while. At first, I didn't really find myself considering this objectively good. However there's obviously some degree of effort to make a story-game that can stand out from many of the recent additions on this site.
So I must give you kudos for that and a higher rating on-top of that.
