Too short for my taste but it was pretty fun for what it was!

The cars all honking was cool, I got the best ending but I'm not sure why anyone would pick the bad options.

It was short and fun. I enjoyed it simply because it was very simple. A nice little CYA if you got nothing to do. I think I got sick like twice, mainly because I picked obviously wrong choices. I hope your friend enjoyed it!

Whenever I see a game written in under a thousand words, I brace myself for a storm of atrocious grammar, incomprehensible plot, and all around garbage. But somehow, this story is different. While it's still quite short and could use a little more work, it actually manages to tell a coherent, complete story.

Like I said though, this could use a little more work. For one thing, more detail would've been nice. I don't think I saw a single page over three sentences here. Spend a little more time describing things. One major example of this all of the bad endings where we're told we contracted a terrible virus. Even something as simple as having the player get sneezed on would've added a little depth to the story. On the paths where the player decides to go into the city and party, you could also spend some time describing the trip itself. Maybe the protagonist thinks about how nice it is to get out again after spending so much time indoors. Maybe, once we make it to the city, we could be given the choice of going to a friends house, or getting a coffee, or any number of other things. Anything would be nicer than just being told "you got the virus because you stepped outside."

Anyways this wasn't too bad for a first attempt. Next time try to make something a little bigger and more fleshed out, and you might get a fairly high rating.
