Player Comments on 6-Door Puzzle
I rather enjoyed this game. At first there may have been a moment that I went in not expecting much of a challenge, but as I progressed something became clear. What became clear was that I may have underestimated the difficulty initially, but such a thing was a pleasant surprise rather than something negative. While the narrative takes a backseat to showcase an understanding of variables and item usage, enjoyment isn't anything that is hard to be found while going through this game.
While this is one of this writer's first piece of work on this site, potential is here. Execution is pulled off well for the most part, though getting a message to restart from the beginning in the event of the misuse of an item on an unintended page is rather tedious. I feel such a thing could have been made better by simply sending the player to a previous page, but it's one flaw in my opinion that doesn't impact the enjoyment I received too much.
So I must give a quaint little thank you in the end, for helping me as a reader kill a bit of time on a otherwise dull day. This game wasn't long, but contained a decent amount of content to be something short and sweet. But not really too much of either, if you somehow get my point. :)

This was a pretty cool concept for a game, but I would have liked a little bit more background to everything that was going on. For instance, who was the player character? I know that the main focus was on solving the puzzle to save the world, but it would have been nice to have a little bit more background to the character...and the ability to ask questions. After all, I was going down the hallway with no clear idea of what it was I was looking for, so some more clues...or at least a question to ask...would be good.
I'm not sure what the point of the zombies and bottomless pit doors were, as even if you open the doors, you die anyway. I would suggest leaving them out and including another couple of doors to slow things down a little; ones that either aren't so obviously death traps, or ones that fool the player into skipping over them when they're actually necessary.
I liked the concept of the 'two lies, one truth' to decipher which box the flour was in. I was a bit disappointed in the maths problem, though - I would have liked something that could actually be solved, rather than the only two options being to solve the puzzle (and take time) or leave. I don't know if leaving would have got me the spoon, as I didn't click on it, but even so...
I liked the reminders to use the keys, as it wasn't automatic for me to remember to use them. I kept forgetting I had them in my inventory, so the reminders were definitely useful. Little bit insulting at times, but that wasn't a bad thing.
Great concept, but I just would have liked to see a bit more detail and a bit more in the way of context clues. Thank you for sharing!

Your story was boring and unfun. Aswell I am displeased with how this was wrote as their was a error in the first page(Angry Face). I think you could improve by calling the susy baka out(smirking face ong).

This was a short, fun puzzle game albeit a bit confusing at times. The main part I got stuck on was I didn't realize you had to use the stirring spoon twice at the end so I went back and tried a bunch of different options that I didn't need to.
Some helpful hints would've been nice or at least a way to determine which items were useful or not. I felt part of the game devolved into just using items in different places to see what works the best. The narrative was rather barebones and there were no alternative solutions to saving the world but I didn't mind that there was only one solution to the puzzle so much.
Overall, the solid first story needs some fixing. My main gripe with the story was the random death links which offered me no means of escape, and the lack of explaining the value or purpose of an item made the story random at times. Other than that it was pretty decent for what it was.

Well, this story isn't bad, but it also has a number of flaws. The first thing is that some things in this game are fairly logical (the puzzle, some of the rooms, some ingredients), but then other parts just make no sense, which--in essence--turns this into a lolrandom game more than it is a puzzle game. Especially the ending: why would this scientist need you, a random person, when the solution to the task is very easy and also right in front of him? It makes absolutely no sense.
Also, I actually solved the math problem, in my head, before I clicked the next link (and I got it right) but it feels dumb that you do a riddle and have to manually solve it but then you autosolve a math problem. So, if you're going to include riddles, you may as well go all in and have each necessary component actually require you solving a riddle!
It's entirely linear, there's no alternate endings, but that's forgivable due to the nature of it being a short puzzle game.
The redemption for this game is that it's written decently, and has a bit of attitude to the writing that makes the grind bearable. As far as items go, it's better than those "collect every piece of garbage you come across and click until your fingers fall off" types of games, because you have a time limit and a limited number of uses for each item.
Overall, it wasn't a complete waste of time, and at least you can click twice to get an EGL and a free point.

On the surface, it looks easy, but as you delve into it, it gets more and more complex. Overall a great puzzle.

On the first time I went through, it made me restart. I went to the bottomless pit on the first time, but it just killed me the second time, so I think this story needs to be changed.

Despite the weird spur of the moment events that pop up for no reason, the unintentional humor was terrific. This was pretty good, it was funny and confusing at the same time.
