Sort of amusing, I guess.

If you're going to have a narrator please make him/her likable rather than annoying otherwise the story is a chore to read through. I like the idea of having a narrator tell the story through an extended question and answer session but the replies need to be longer and more detailed, even for children or teenagers the replies seem a bit too short and snappy.
I agree with Seth about the parts, about 80% of people who write a part 1 never bother to read another and even then most of them stop after part 2 leaving the story unfinished. It's easier to write a complete short story/adventure, if you want to do another you can write a sequel :) Still, hopefully you'll do part 2, it's an interesting concept.

It's an okay gimmick, basing the game around the player's replies to the narrator- but without much of a plot, the incessant "witty" repartee gets tedious.
Rapunzel and the narrator exchange banter about who and where they are for several pages, then she collects some things (or not) and just as it looks like the story is about to begin- it's over. Yet another "to be continued in part two."
This really needs to be done as a complete story, not chopped into pieces. This is like if The Hobbit was nothing but the description of Bilbo's house and a promise that pretty soon some dwarves were coming to visit.
Please, wait until you have enough for a whole story before publishing.

So... I don't hate this; it's a great start... But that's all it is. The beginning of a story. It's over before anything exciting happens. You're much better off taking the time to release something complete rather than publishing it in a bunch of parts.
