I'm pretty sure I would put this in Modern Adventure, I don't know where else. Everything Else doesn't quite fit. It's fiction, but not fantasy.

~ Unsure of where to turn in your life, you find yourself moving into a new house haunted by seven ghosts– Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride.

Horror

Oh wow I completely forgot to mention haunted in a 'good' way. They help you out as friends. That's why I was unsure.

Wait so the manifestation of the 7 deadly sins are helping the protagonist? That’s a new one, unless this is the traditional “monkey’s paw” effect.

Anyway, I’d still be inclined to put it into horror due to the ghosts/supernatural (helpful or not) playing a major role, but I guess if you wanted to, you could put it into Everything Else.
