Well, to get the maximum score for Solstice, do three things.
1. Be a generally nice person.
2. Study... yep, you'll have to do that.
3. Always talk to Maria if possible.
There you go. There's the general walkthrough...
It appears as if you are still reading. In that case, I'll delve into the details. The point system works in a slightly odd way. The more Lawrence (the protagonist) thinks more highly of one his interpersonal relationships, the more points you'll get. Hopefully, that could've been gathered from the occasional "Relationships" link found throughout the story. If not, sorry.
For this reason, doing something like talking to Maria will raise your points by a little bit. That's also why studying raises your score, albeit indirectly.
If you want to see your score in the middle of the game, the previously mentioned relationship link can be used. The more positively Lawrence describes a relationship, the higher your score would be. Also, I do cheat a little with the score. You'll be starting off with about a hundred points and will end with even more no matter what... It just sort of worked out that way.
Okay, there you have it... Have fun...
Oh, you're still reading. Fine, here's how to get the maximum score.
Do some clicking, then click "Invite Them". Don't leave out a friend.
Click "I'll Do It". Be a generally nice person.
Select "Talk to Maria". You won't get to if you go to Oscar.
Choose "You're My Friend." Don't be heartless.
Decide upon "And Leave The Girls Out?" Duh, why not?
Commit thyself to "Stay". It's worth it. Trust me.
Resign yourself to "Fine, I'll Study". Even though you might be playing this game in order to not study, I'm making you do it anyway.
Say "Okay, I See Your Point". But... Yoda said that there is no try.
Determine that you should "Sit By Maria". At this point, I realized that I had my characters only eating lunches. I had to mention dinner and breakfast somehow. :)
Pick "Okay". Ha ha, you're studying again.
Figure that "I Promise" is the right choice. Why? Because the other one sounds utterly stupid. Oh, this one will take you to a different path if your relationship with Oscar is too low. Be sure to have taken the previous steps.
Unless you skimmed through my story, go to "The Solution Isn't Always Real." Mag gave you one hint already. She'll mention it again later just to make it obvious.
Resolve to "Thank Him". Remember. Be a generally nice person. By the way, you've maxed out Mr. Rockford's and Oscar's points.
Despite Lawrence's sudden cowardice in this situation, conclude that "Or Maybe..." isn't such a bad choice. If you choose this, you'll find that people apparently love to send their kids off to England.
Believe that "There Has to Be a Better Way". Yeah, it's also the only way to not have somebody cough and sneeze on your food.
Call out "Maria, Wait". You'll get to see the protagonist try to justify hugging a girl by saying "We hug, a friend hug".
Squeal with glee as you tap on "Who Are You?" This is only available to those who have 400 points. I even give you a 1,000 points just for clicking on it. All what's left is an ending open to interpretation.
There you go. I'm done now.
