Seeing all these new comments by students, I've just got to point out that this story was unpublished from the site years ago for being very low quality. It's only accessible through the author's profile, and I guess through Google still.


If a teacher wants an educational game on a subject, someone on the forum I'm sure would do it on request and it would be a thousand times better than this one, I really cannot recommend subjecting a class to this.

If the story would have covered the struggles immigrants faced while trying to fit into American society, then some emotion and a bigger storyline could have evolved. Good idea, just not executed very well. If this was executed differently, it would have been really good.

This is a great way to represent immigration.Imigration is very bad

There is a few bits wrong with the story.
There wasn't many choices.
But if it was executed well, I'm pretty it would have succeeded.

There's ... a lot wrong with this, I'm not even sure where to start.

Blank pages, poor spelling, improper punctuation, paths without any links, the fact that you asked me if I passed a puzzle in order to pass the puzzle, the fact that the pregnancy thing is an option if you're an Italian male, and the bizarre changes in font that make it look like you copy-pasted half your game...

I realize this is your first game, unless you have other accounts, but: 1, do not release unfinished games. If there are pages which have no link and no means to progress, making a path you put up impossible to play through (the female Italian) then it is unfinished.

2, there are proof-readers here.

3, it -really- says "I am not even actually trying" if you spell the same word two different ways from your title to your story description. Or from your description to your first page. You can and should figure out the correct spelling before posting, they're the first things we see! Also, yes, immigrant is spelled with an I and Italian has only one L. x.x
