After prevailing against Crocker and his deadly Playhouse, Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda believe they had heard the last of the demented teacher. Unfortunately for them, Crocker's fellow allies from the group L.O.S.E.R.S. break him out of prison, and begins to exact their revenge on the buck-toothed boy. With Timmy's girlfriend, the lovely Trixie Tang, kidnapped once more by the evil group, Timmy must rely on help from his fairies and friends to save the day.
