I keep on seeing the words 'Commended by <insert username>'. What does it mean?

On the forum they're just gold star stickers from the admins for quality posts. You might also get them for leaving a detailed enough review of a game, and if you write a good enough game you'll get several from the site based on some formula.

They don't do anything, but they're a good indicator of users who contribute, and there's rankings and stuff based on everybody's Order. (Which also do nothing.)
