Hi. I don't write often but I occasionally post in the forums, and I check the website/forums regularly. Feel free me to message me if you have any questions or just want to talk.

The Parlor Room on 5/10/2013 9:18:22 AM
No clue but I'll hazard a guess. A parlor is a room set aside for conversation - maybe it's meant to reference book clubs where people will get together in the living room of someone's house and talk about books (which is essentially what you do in The Parlor Room except with storygames).
Co-author feature on 4/30/2013 8:11:51 AM
I'm in support of this being implemented. It isn't much effort to remove oneself from co-authoring a story but I can imagine it being a problem if a troll adds you as a co-author to an offensive story and it shows up on your profile.
Revolt II on 4/29/2013 10:09:12 PM
I've moved this to the Writing Workshop for you, seeing this thread has to do with brainstorming ideas for your story. The Lounge is for threads that aren't suited to other boards. I haven't read your first story yet but good luck with Revolt II!
Wacky School Event on 4/28/2013 11:45:03 AM
Due to so many antics in previous years, my school hired security to patrol the school overnight to prevent any major pranks. The day itself consisted of my graduating class being escorted around to various lame activities (for example, a symbolic tree planting ceremony). One dude came dressed as Hitler and a few of the younger students got egged/waterbombed but overall it was a pretty tame day. We had nearly half a kilometre worth of industrial strength plastic wrap that went to waste because nobody had a chance to get near a teacher's car.
Come Look on 4/28/2013 11:25:57 AM
Done. As Xt1000305 said, this thread should have been posted in The Parlor Room. It's not a big deal, mistakes happen! Generally, if you're talking about storygames that have been published or want people to read your storygame, then The Parlor Room is where you want to post. Writing Workshop is for getting feedback on unfinished works and brainstorming ideas.

All your posts from your first post (Nov 21 2006) through to the start of 2007. I don't think I'd ever use it and for the time being you can just use the Forum Search (it works now! Alex fixed it) but I'm not against having this feature, especially when the number of results returned using the search function is limited.
Keeping variables for the next chapter on 4/2/2013 10:43:51 PM
You seem to have figured it out on your own, but just to confirm - the Reset Game link will take your reader back to the beginning of the storygame with all variables reset to their default values (as if they had just opened the storygame for the first time).

I'd rather remain in isolation as well. Guess I should keep conversation to PMs, though.

This time it was more just being busy than the timezone difference. Sorry guys.
