You are a poor little kitty all alone on the street. Will you ever find a home?

I meant to have this finished by Christmas but then I got the flu! D: I hope everyone enjoys it still even if it's late, I worked on it a really long time. It has been proofread because my mom helped me, so don't worry.

Story contains no bad language so please do not use any in the comments. Thank you!

Beware the Jinglefloofs

"The name Lexy gives you, Jinglefloofs, is one they learn to fear."
That final line upped my rating by another number. I don't find very many things cute, but this is definitely an exception.

This is cute. I was worried when I saw the word kitten in the title, but this is actually a nice children's story. Sure, it could be longer and have more choices that matter, but it's short and sweet. I doubt you're actually 12, the writing style doesn't fit it. But regardless of who you are, be it a child, or some older person, please keep on writing. :)
“Please dude, your mom has cats and she’s not that old, and she’s only crazy about my--” Erm ... cookies. Yes, this guy just brings this other boy's mom peanut butter cookies. Who isn't crazy about those?

Aww, this is wholesome

Conventional wisdom would suggest that you are almost certainly not for real, but as long as the stories themselves are passable I guess it doesn't matter, and this was better than expected.

Cat protagonist and the religious elements are going to trigger people here, but I suspect that's why they're there.

Anyway the actual writing is fine, and if you were actually 12 I'd assume your mom did a lot more than just proofread, although nothing wrong with that either I guess. It was funny in enough places it didn't veer completely over into saccharine. (Except when it did.)
