A quest to put the rightful king on the throne.

Your a wizard and its time for your first day of school. No, you're not going to Hogwarts, you're going to normal school. But as the new wiz on the block you must be careful. How will you use your powers, are there other kids here with magic, who can you trust. But most importantly, the magical world must not be exposed!

Enter a world where humans live along side anthropomorphic animals based on the Chinese zodiac. But they don't live peacefully. Both races are fighting for survival and dominance for the world. Will you fight for peace or domination?

Well I was going to let you choose your gender and then give a name, but maybe I should look into the gender neutral names.

Noted, so will the mod delete this completely or just move it?

Okay, the only thing stumping me right now is gender. Would anyone prefer to choose their gender or just choose your race and find out what you get? On that note does anyone want to choose their own love interest or leave that to me?

Pretty much the main point of the story, humans vs humanoid animals. And for the protagonist its going to be a real problem for them.

Well, gender will affect a few things n the story but ultimately it will be your race that makes the most difference in the story.

I may cut it close, but there shall be no damsel's in distress. After all you get to choose whether your a boy or a girl.

*Whistling innocently as I make changes to the script*

I shall take your advice PcGenie, and if you haven't heard of a game series called "Dragon Age" then I suggest you look into it. You won't find more realism then this one. Humans are the superior race, Elves are second class citizens, the Dwarves are near extinction, and people fear magic users for good reason. They even have their own version of Christianity. If you've never played the game I promise you will not regret it.

I'm working on a few storygames which you can see on my profile. Now I'm a fan of fantasy and right now the storygame I'm giving most of my attention to  is War of Beast and Men. It has the basics: the hero (you), your choice of gender, race, princesses, evil wizards, etc. But I would like to know what people would like to see or any other choices you would like to have. So feel free to share.
