nvm it's because i have weak charm. as soon i raise charm to below average, i can learn spells. this damn book is quite picky.

how do you learn spells from the book? i read that you can learn spell like dominate
everytime i use the book i'm dead even with god like brain. i might be missing something obvious here but i can't figure out what that is
