That's why he does what he does. He's a nilihsit who can only keep himself continuing to live through sexual pleasure, so when he finds something to make someone suffer he keeps doing it, because just like Dionysos in my story, the "pain" of someone else causes him pain, then he faps afterwards to release all the suffering in a huge burst of pleasure, and he just keeps doing this over and over again. This is a very basic and standard Satanic ritual, after all. Keep that in mind in all your interactions with him :)
