Say I want a link to appear only if a STRENGTH stat us above a certain value, how would this be done?

Or basically just click all of the buttons next to a link, one of the them will be what your looking for.

EDIT: It's the red stop button. Click it then the variable restrictions tab.

^galobtter's right. If you don't see a red 'stop sign' next to your Links, you'll need to enable Advanced Variables/Links off the Story Properties Screen.
