Not fully.  I don't like it.  It said for one game you could subscribe to get extra features.

yes a few games have that but they are all free unless you want extra perks you can subscribe as a member

That's awsome!  I'm in the middle of finishing the warehouse.  I'm on the 7th and 8th area of the the 10 walkable ones.  Number 9 is just one space though.
