[Site & Editor?] Limit Storygame Titles Length

Two parts to this feature:

1. Long storygame names can interfere with the alignment of text in various places. It also makes the button to play the look strange and silly. I'd suggest limiting the length of the title of a storygame to a fixed amount, maybe 40 or 45 characters. This would fix a number of alignment issues and make things clearer.

2. Since many storygames already exceed that length, I wonder if it might be possible to simply trim all current storygames that exceed the length so that none exceed it. If authors end up with strange titles, they would be able to edit their story and fix the titles. And yes, I realize there are many that might get chopped that may never get fixed.
