National Novel Writing Month is upon us. i know someone about a year or so ago mentioned it and i was just wondering if anyone was keeping up with it again this year? anyone tried it yet?

It coincides with my final exams, otherwise I'd be joining them. I've got a friend who's doing it; he's actually ahead of schedule. I give him feedback on stuff he sends over.
