I know CYS mostly skews a little younger, and I don't know of any foster kids here, but... well, I might not. There's a stigma, right? You might not talk about it. So if you are someone, or someone who knows someone, who meets the criteria... maybe contact her. I can't vouch for anything but the beauty of her photographs, but... she seems legit.
