Rick just escaped an orphanage and just 14 doesn't know anything of the world outside of the orphanage, but manages to reach Memory City or known as The city of crime and death.Also when a mad scientist uses Rick in a experiment and get marvelous powers,but should he use it for good,evil or neither just for his needs.
