So, every now and again, when I read a story or a long ass thread, I get a notification. But I can't see the notification because I have the story page covering the part where I see the notification, or I'm reading the thread and don't notice it until I go back up to the top. So, wouldn't it be nice to have a little sound when you get a notification? Now, of course there should be an option to turn it off, it could get annoying if you posted to a thread that has a lot of activity.
Yeah, I did post this a few months back, but then it got taken down because I said I set up an RSS feed on the notifications page. Well, I didn't, because none of the free RSS feeds I found would let me set it up, and I was a bit too embarrassed to put the message back up. Anyway, here I am asking for it again.
