Current Story Projects (Ranked by importance):

~Eternity's End:

How would you spend your last day?

~My Sister and I:

There are some things you take for granted, like the sky being blue and the grass being green. But now the skies are filled with the ashes of society, and the grass - the surviving bits at least, are a dirty brown.
The world has ended.
The only two survivors of whatever has happened is you and your sister. Of course, your sister isn't technically a survivor as she has never existed except in your mind.

You wake up in a small room, not knowing where you are nor who you are.

Current Favorite Song: SycAmour - Turns You On (Siberian)

Poem of the Week:

"One day, I'll pray to be more than what I am now
And one day I'll find that the stars will align in a perfect arch over me
And the sky will bring forth newer possibilities,
So I can be more than I am now.

One day, I'll pray that my mark is left on this planet.
And a lot of people agree this is to be
Because, really, I want to be known as something great,
As something more than I am.

One day, I'll pray that my fears melt away
And until that day I will take steps forward and breathe new air
The only thing that I can do while I work on me and you work on you
Is be what I am."

Quote of the Week:

"Let's take this 'life' thing one day at a time."

This quote will change your life.

If you have any questions, do feel free to send me a message. I don't bite.

Well...I mean...Not most of the time.

Random Quotes:

A very strange game...More of a test, than an actual story.
Features 4 different planned endings, possibly more coming.

This is definitely more game than story.

I don't even have a coherent plot yet, so don't even look at me. I just have a general idea of what the endings are, and now I have to write stuff to get to the endings...>~>

I'm Going To Need A Title, Aren't I?

My Sister and I

There are some things you take for granted, like the sky being blue and the grass being green. But now the skies are filled with the ashes of society, and the grass - the surviving bits at least, are a dirty brown.
The world has ended.

The only two survivors of whatever has happened is you and your sister. Of course, your sister isn't technically a survivor as she has never existed except in your mind.

Play as a young man trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world, and try to discover the secret behind what caused all this.

I guess this is going to be for my competition with T-Count. Not sure how this'll turn out.

I'd also like to dedicate this story to my friend, Minnie :)

Based off a forum game. And like...500 short stories.

Stories of syndicates always have the civilians reeling. Stories of heroes in the underworld fighting, invisible, for the safeguard of humanity.

Teens, just like yourself, training in the martial arts, in cryptography, learning to hack and kill. Learning how to be an  assassin.

It would be a tempting lifestyle for any that dreams of adventure.  That dreams of potential being realized in the most raw, most powerful way.

But being in a syndicate is not what you imagine.

It is not being a hero.

It is not saving the world.

It is watching your friends be killed.

It is training until your hands bleed and your knees hit the dirt.

It is learning how to kill, and stretching your humanity over, and over until you are but a shell of whom you once were.

Being in a syndicate does not make you a hero.

It makes you a weapon.

unpublished , coauthor

You begin your journey as a tamed dragon but you then encounter the forest of the feral dragons, desperate for members to help hunt, guard, fight and heal. The times for the clan will especially need you to save them.

But are you fit to survive the dangerous hardships?

Please note that I'm not the best person at description and any criticizing yet encouraging comments is desired.

The Monsters Are Inside

At some point, we realized that we were the monsters; and we were scarier than anything we'd ever dreamed up.

A "life of a detective" story set in a crumbling gothic future, where the utopia we'd once been promised had gone the opposite way, and the monsters of legends had come out of hiding, and they were nothing like we'd ever dreamed.

Is it going to be that bad? It can't be worst than my old story..I was the one who took that one down and it was up for a considerably long time x'D

Writing Prompts: Thanksgiving on 11/20/2017 12:08:05 PM

It's been a long time, so if I've missed anyone please do tell me. Also what the hell is it with Deviantart and it's inflation kink. I am so disturbed right now Q.Q

Also the rules are the same as last time; anyone can write something for these Prompts. Whether you're tagged or not. I won't be giving prizes other than the sweet feeling of having written something. Unless Hatter wants to draw for the victor again :D my drawing skills are horrible.

1) A manipulative conman and a detective become buddies after their organisation is shut down to solve a mystery...about turkeys. It has to be a mystery involving turkeys.

2) Turkey Hunt

3) "I am most thankful for the fact that Dad's Thanksgiving turkey didn't take over the world again."

Inform me if you don't wish to be tagged to this anymore. Also tell me if I missed anyone. I'll eventually see it.

Not a typo x'D Honestly, didn't mean for it to be so big, but the story goes where the story goes. Back when it was only at 200k or so I meant to wrap it up, but there were so many unanswered questions, and the ending would have been a huge bleh so I gave it a few more words, and then a few more words became a few more hundred k words, and so it goes...

New Prompt on 11/20/2017 11:25:02 AM

Are writing threads that hard to host? ;P

Seriously, however. Since I've hit another writing slump (mainly the way to tie the climax to the ending. but hey! My story is at a healthy 718k words so that's all good...though I can't speak for the quality until I finish and move on to the editing stage *sighs* anyways) I could take them up again. X'D I'm not all that busy now.

Yeah :(
Was pretty interested in those storygames, to be honest.

Also on that note, this comment should be featured too..

The Unwritten Jedi

On a structural level the writing in this storygame is actually pretty good. For example, you have good grammar and sentence structure. You didn't use much detail but what you did use painted a nice picture in my mind. You also have a pretty okay understand of the understanding of the Star Wars universe, which is important when writing fanfiction. Using a two-manned starship to transport the master and padawan, such as a Y-Wing, was a nice detail. The only thing that stuck out was the Gungan speaking perfect Basic (the standard language of the Star Wars universe. Sounds like English to us).

I think your story had two major pitfalls. First, it was just too short. I think there were three choices made. And the pages were short too, with only a few sentences on each. This meant there was little character development, plot progression and little chance to flavor the text with details.

The second issue is the lack of meaningful choices. One of the choices was choosing which planet to go to, just simply clicking that determined whether or not the character fell to the darkside. A reader wants to feel they have more input over their characters decisions. If I'm going to fall to the darkside I want to it to be because I did something evil or was tempted by it.

I think you have a lot of potential as a writer, you just need to focus on longer scenes and your ability to show instead of tell. Give me more descriptions, show character's motivations and let them develop slowly.
