I'm 30, love to read, love to write, and love animals, especially sharks, swallows, and frogs. As you can see, I don't have any completed storygames yet, but I hope to change that soon. My biggest problems are that I take on big projects and that I'm always getting distracted by new ideas. Hopefully, I can keep focused long enough to complete my entry for the Fantasy contest. If I can, it's going to be awesome.

Progress update: 375 pages complete And I finally finished chapter 1. Luckily, there will only be three chapters -- Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. So I guess I'm 1/3 finished, although I doubt either of the other two chapters will be as long as the first, so it's probably more like 40% done. And I'm really happy - I made up a simple card game and was able to get all the scripting and variables to work. Yay!

I've got a job, lol. I also have a bad habit of starting things and not finishing them, and I'm trying to avoid that by working on this one as much as I can before I get bored or distracted by a "better" idea.

Progress update: Finally reached 200 pages! I've got most of the basic structure worked out, made a couple of side-quests, scripted a mini-game, and built most of a village that be explored. Now I need to work on the main plot.

I've been into writing for a while, and aside from the occasional typo and misplaced comma, my writing is technically pretty sound, so even if the content is boring as hell, it'll be grammatically correct, lol. The premise is a weird little idea that I had and rather than turn it into a story (which I may still do someday) I decided to make it my contest entry. The player is a 'Green' Knight, an environment do-gooder trying to find and stop a unicorn poacher.

Pages completed: 98 I tend to write long pages, too, usually three or four paragraphs, though a few have just been one or two sentences. I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew with the project, though, considering the fact that I'm a newbie and have yet to publish (or even finish) a storygame. I was trying to keep it short and simple, but, like most of my writing projects, it's taken on a life of its own.
