The results of the least favorite theme vote:

So, Bloodlines, Hazards of Passing Judgement and Paranormal are removed.

I've decided to merge Swords and Sorcery with High Fantasy as they are similar and apart they will be splitting their voting base. So we have 4 themes to vote for: Swords and Sorcery/High Fantasy, Memory Loss, Internal Conflict or War.

FINAL THEME LIST
Swords and Sorcery / High Fantasy (Sword and sorcery (S&S) is a subgenre of fantasy and historical fantasy, generally characterized by swashbuckling heroes engaged in exciting and violent conflicts. High Fantasy is basically like LOTR, a parallel world completely designed by the author. This theme encompasses both.)

Memory Loss (Likely, the story will revolve around discovering what just happened as the protagonist has likely forgotten something important)

Internal Conflict (Revolves around some conflict going on within the protagonist)

War (Pertains in some aspect to warfare or the impacts of war on society, etc, etc.)

Everyone gets a first place and a second place vote. Your first place vote earns the theme 3 points, your second place vote earns the theme 1 point. The theme with the most points wins. If you really only like one theme, you don't have to choose a second favorite but your first favorite is still only worth 3 points.

I AM POSTING A SEPARATE THREAD IN THE LOUNGE FOR DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS, ONLY USE THIS THREAD TO VOTE SO THAT IT'S EASIER TO COUNT.

Hahaha. You know, this was decided already a while ago, and the contest is started (though you still have plenty of time to write a story, it goes until August!)

The theme that won was High Fantasy/Swords and Sorcery.
