Every time I read a description, it always has """ in it.

That's a known issue that's been posted about a lot, please see the other threads mentioning it.

I'm not sure what it has to do with 'dialog' though.

I'm guessing it's either the " or the ' that is reading as that.

 

Edit: It is the ' that makes it read as that. You can just write out the word(don't as do not, etc.) if it bothers you.

And if it is in other people's descriptions, you just have to live with it. Use your imagination and imagine a single apostrophe there.

UGGGG it's so annoying!
